Manufactured by Rodan-Okaya, this is a medium sized nixie tube with a digit height of 35mm. This is the long-life version of the GR-11, and was later known as the CD94.

inhave been given qty of GR-211 tubes, but no socket bases .
i see your pics include tubes mounted in socket,
can you pls advise the typemof socket and if these are available?

It is a footprint used in PCB design. It specifically uses something called ‘socket pins (1mm)’ that can be found on eBay that fit the pins on the tube.
